Salem CAN begin her 2021 ministry in the black. How is this done? 

One way to look at it is that we need an estimated $22,532 to come in during the month of December.

That may seem like a lot of money, but here are the December offering totals for the last five years:

2015 - $32,458

2016 - $28,368

2017 - $41,304

2018 - $26,611

2019 - $36,412

2020 - $22,532 Needed*

*That finishes out the year with the GAP-O-METER set to zero. Anything that exceeds $22,532 will help start 2021 with money in the bank that is available for expenses. Keep in mind we have a roof project to pay for! 

We began 2020 with a carryover budget shorfall from 2019. This year we are on track to do better.

  • Elimination of carryover shortfall from 2019     
  • Meeting all 2020 expenditures     
  • All designated funds available for disbursement     
  • Starting 2021 in the black
